Located at only 25 km from the capital, Snagov is a real oasis of green, where you can relax, and discover an impressive flora and fauna.
Here is the lake with same name, the second largest in Romania and unique by being part of the former Sarmatian Sea, of which only the Black Sea and Lake Snagov remain as evidence.
It can be reached: either on the A3 Motorway in about 15 minutes or by the national road Bucharest - Ploiesti in 30 minutes.
The unique property that we present is an impressive domain, a plot of 8,000 sqm with an opening to the lake of 61 meters.
There are two buildings on the land.
